Lewis Personal Training is a private fitness studio designed for people who enjoy working out in an intimate setting and appreciate the importance of focused, one-on-one training. From state-of-the-art equipment, cutting edge sound systems and lighting, to innovative and knowledgeable instruction, Lewis Personal Training provides clients with comfortable, non-intimidating, personalized training in a beautiful, relaxed setting.
Located in downtown Davis, CA, Lewis PT is easy to access and provides ample parking.
It was his own love of physical conditioning and sports – including cycling, swimming, running, mountain biking and skiing – that ignited Bill’s passion for fitness.
With over thirty years of industry experience, Bill has received numerous certifications and recognition in sports and physical training. He combines conventional methods of exercise with his vast knowledge of biomechanics to develop personalized programs for his clients.
Bill’s specialties include functional strength training, joint stabilization, target training, and pre and post-rehab conditioning. He works closely with the medical community to both prepare clients for various medical procedures, such as joint replacement and spinal surgeries, and monitors their progress during the rehabilitation process.
