"It is a large claim to say that someone can change your outlook on life...but Bill Lewis genuinely has when it comes to introducing strength training to my regime. As a competitive Ironman and Ultra Running athlete who has been running marathons since the 2nd grade, last year (for the first time in my 30 years of life) I was unable to run or cycle due to a layer of functional issues wrong with my body, forcing me to pull out of my Ironman competitions.
