6 Month Stage Prep

Getting ready for your next competition but need to work on specific areas? Need to get nutritional guidance to ensure you’re as lean and prepared as possible when on stage?

The 6-Month Competition Prep is the perfect complement to your training plan. 

Meet up to 4x a month to discuss nutrition, target specific areas and refine your

body aesthetics. 



Personal Training
With personal training, you’ll work harder

and more efficiently than you would on your own.  As a client, you’ll receive guidance and education about the correct way to exercise. You’ll learn how to train your body safely

and effectively to achieve the results your desired results. 


Each 50 minute session of private training will be tailored specifically to your needs.  




Pre/Post Rehab Conditioning
Whether you’re preparing for, or recovering from a medical procedure, Lewis PT will design and modify exercise programs that allow you to go into a procedure as strong as possible,  decreasing your risk factors so you can regain strength, increase functional movement and live a healthier life post surgery. 



New Client Consultation
Each new client will meet to

discuss personal goals, medical history

and preferred outcomes.


Following the initial consultation,
Lewis PT will set up a personalized training program based on your needs.
